Productpine is seeking a data-driven individual that combines an analytical mindset with endless creativity to pursue high platform growth. This individual is proactive and has excellent verbal and written-communication skills. Furthermore, this individual has hands-on experience in performance marketing and A/B testing. Business Developer for the Dutch market with a passion for sales and brand partnerships. The successful individual will be able to work together with the Product and Engineering team to explore, set-up and analyze product-led growth opportunities. This individual is high in energy and works extremely efficiently to get the job done.
You will be part of a growing team of Marketeers and report directly to Productpine’s CEO. Additionally, you’ll work closely together with the Head of Marketing, a Digital Marketeer, the Product Team and the Design Team, who will assist you in executing product-led growth strategies and boosting the sales of our brand partners. Exciting stuff, right?
- Setting-up and owning the growth strategy for the business with the goal of increasing customer acquisition, conversion and lifetime value across marketing channels
- Own and be accountable for growth KPIs, while monitoring and steering on e-commerce metrics such as LTV, CAC, returning customer rate, cross-sell ratio and payback ratio;
- In-depth analysis of growth data, forecasting and scenario-planning of;
- Define and develop our main growth opportunities and strategies based on data, customer insights and experimentation;
- Managing multiple performance marketing contractors and agencies, set budgets and targets to increase sales and cost-efficiency across all channels (Facebook, Google, Youtube and others);
- End-to-end management of e-mail marketing and CRM in collaboration with the Marketing team;
- Customer journey A/B testing and conversion rate optimization to optimize the performance of the platform, in close cooperation with the Product, Design and Engineering team;
- Identify new opportunities for growth, such as product-led growth, referral programs and many more;
- Work in partnership with the Design and Product team for quick-deployment and iteration of growth strategies on- and off platform;
- Continuously optimize, test, iterate content and copywriting across channels and work with the Design and Marketing team to deliver best-in-class ads and advertising strategies;
- You are fluent in written and spoken English. Dutch language is a plus;
- Strong communicator with excellent writing skills, including the ability to write customer-focused copy;
- HBO or University degree, preferably in a business, marketing, economics, data, or mathematical study;
- A data-driven, analytical mindset combined with endless creativity. You are obsessed with growth, measuring growth and pursuing creative ways to grow;
- 3+ years of experience in B2C e-commerce, with a specific focus on driving growth, customer acquisition and/or retention. Experience of working at marketplaces or platforms is a plus;
- Hands-on experience with (some, not all of) Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Youtube Ads, Google Ads and E-mail Marketing;
- Experience with Google Analytics and conducting A/B tests through tooling. Confidence with other quantitative and qualitative marketing research methods;
- You are continuously looking to improve the efficiency and quality of your work;
- Able to lead a project from start to finish, meeting deadlines and producing on-brand quality output;
- Ability to seamlessly work together with Marketers, Designers, Product Owners and Engineers;
- Way of working based on strategic thinking combined with a focus on continuous improvement and an experimental mindset (keywords: MVPs, build-measure-learn, split testing, etc.).
