Did you not receive a confirmation mail?
Article has disappeared in the shopping cart?
Do not switch from NL to BE while ordering, as items can be removed because they are not available in another country.
Delete cookies and try again.
Received wrong product?
Adjust order
You can no longer adjust your order. What you can do: as long as your item has not yet been shipped, you can cancel via the link cancel order in your account. We will email you if the cancellation was successful and after processing, we will refund you.
Not working? Check Returns & exchanges. You will receive your money back within 5 working days after processing your return.

Problem with payment?
Do you receive a message that the order or payment has failed, but money has been debited? Then we will pay you back. How quickly you receive the money depends on the reason and your payment method.

Creditcard: the reservation will be canceled within 1 working day
