What can and cannot be returned, return period and costs:
At Productpine, you can return or exchange an item within 30 days of receipt. Here you'll find answers to all your questions about the terms and conditions and you can easily request an exchange or return.
You have 30 days to return a product without providing a reason. This period starts on the day you receive the product. After notifying us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the product back. To qualify for a return, the product must be unused and, if possible, in its original packaging. The item must also be in the same condition as when you received it.
Productpine will reimburse all payments made by the customer, including any delivery costs charged for the returned product, provided the entire order is returned. The refund will be issued without unnecessary delay and no later than 14 days after you notify us of your intention to return the product. Unless Productpine arranges to collect the product, reimbursement may be withheld until we receive the product or until you provide proof of return, whichever comes first. Refunds will be processed using the same payment method you used for the purchase unless you agree to an alternative method. This service is free of charge.
Please note: customers will not be reimbursed for shipping costs if the product is returned using a method other than the return option provided or instructed by Productpine.
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), made-to-order products (such as bikes which are assembled upon order) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the aforementioned products and the sale is finalised after successful payment. Returns are almost always free. Check the return conditions for exceptions or if you are in doubt whether it can be returned.
You do this in your account. You will immediately receive the return instructions, a barcode and the return address.

Print the return ticket or write the return address and your return number on the box. Post it. So you don't need a printer!
Postal package
Take the parcel to the nearest parcel point. An employee scans your barcode. If this doesn't work, write the return address and number on the box. Keep your proof of shipping so we can trace your item(s) if something goes wrong.
You can always track your return in your account. You will also receive a mail when the return has been processed.
Return statusWe process your return within 5 working days after you have sent it. For items from brands, processing can sometimes take 10 working days. Then we will refund you. It can take up to 5 working days for this payment to reach you. So you should usually have your money back within 10 working days.
You will automatically receive the correct return address for your item during your return notification. We have several addresses and this way you always automatically get the right address. That way you never have to search.
Cancel the return in your account. Pay for the item if you have not already done so.
This is only possible if they are from the same seller and have the same return address. Register them for return and we will inform you whether they indeed have the same return address.
Exchange is unfortunately not possible. The fastest way to receive the correct item:
You will have your money back within 3-5 working days after receipt.
