Is your order not listed under 'Orders' in your account? And you ordered more than 1 hour ago? Please contact customer service. If your order is not successful, we will automatically refund you.

Article has disappeared in the shopping cart?

Do not switch from NL to BE while ordering, as items can be removed because they are not available in another country.

Received wrong product?

1. Register the item that you actually ordered, but did not receive, as a return.

2. Send the item you have not ordered.

3. Order the correct item yourself (again), then you will receive it the fastest.

Adjust order

You can no longer adjust your order. What you can do: as long as your item has not yet been shipped, you can cancel via the link cancel order in your account. We will email you if the cancellation was successful and after processing, we will refund you.

Not working? Check Returns & exchanges. You will receive your money back within 5 working days after processing your return.

Problem with payment?

Do you receive a message that the order or payment has failed, but money has been debited? Then we will pay you back. How quickly you receive the money depends on the reason and your payment method.

Due to a technical malfunction?

iDEAL or Pay later: within 5 working days

Creditcard: the reservation will be canceled within 1 working day
