Return conditions

What can and cannot be returned, return period and costs:

At Productpine, you can return or exchange an item within 14 days of receipt. Here you'll find answers to all your questions about the terms and conditions and you can easily request an exchange or return.

You have a period of 14 days to return the product without giving reasons. This starts on the day of receipt of the product. You have a further 14 days from the time of the return notification to return the product. The product can only be returned unused and, if possible, in its original packaging and with a copy of the receipt. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it.

You won't be charged for the return costs.

We will credit the amount within 14 days.

Productpine shall reimburse all payments made by the consumer, including any delivery costs charged by Productpine for the returned product - if the entire order is returned, without delay but within 14 days following the day on which the consumer notifies him/her of the withdrawal. Unless Productpine offers to collect the product itself, Productpine may withhold reimbursement until it has received the product or until the consumer proves that he has returned the product, whichever is earlier. For reimbursement, Productpine will use the same means of payment that the consumer has used, unless the consumer agrees to another method. The refund is free of charge for the consumer.

If the consumer has chosen a more expensive method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery, the trader does not have to refund the additional costs for the more expensive method.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), made-to-order products (such as bikes which are assembled upon order) and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. The right of withdrawal does not apply to the aforementioned products and the sale is finalised after successful payment. Returns are almost always free. Check the return conditions for exceptions or if you are in doubt whether it can be returned.

Report the item you want to return

You do this in your account. You will immediately receive the return instructions, a barcode and the return address.

Hand in your package

Letterbox package
Print the return ticket or write the return address and your return number on the box. Post it. So you don't need a printer!

Postal package
Take the parcel to the nearest parcel point. An employee scans your barcode. If this doesn't work, write the return address and number on the box. Keep your proof of shipping so we can trace your item(s) if something goes wrong.

Follow your return

You can always track your return in your account. You will also receive a mail when the return has been processed.

We will pay you back

We process your return within 5 working days after you have sent it. For items from brands, processing can sometimes take 10 working days. Then we will refund you. It can take up to 5 working days for this payment to reach you. So you should usually have your money back within 10 working days.

Questions and problems

If you have not received anything within 15 days, it is best to contact us. Chat via WhatsApp or send us an email.

You will automatically receive the correct return address for your item during your return notification. We have several addresses and this way you always automatically get the right address. That way you never have to search.

Cancel the return in your account. Pay for the item if you have not already done so.

This is only possible if they are from the same seller and have the same return address. Register them for return and we will inform you whether they indeed have the same return address.

What if you want to exchange something?

Exchange is unfortunately not possible. The fastest way to receive the correct item:
