All hoses need to be checked and sealed by a specialist before using the product and on a regular basis. Hoses can get disconnected during transportation or over time. In case of a defect, the customer is responsible for the removal of the defective part and its reassembly.

Maintenance tips:

Acrylic:
1.Regularly clean and maintain the bathtub or whirlpool according to the manufacturer's instructions to prevent build-up of dirt and bacteria and mould growth
2.Use only cleaners safe for this material
3.When installing the product, the customer must ensure that the front panel is easily accessible at all times for maintenance purposes and in the event that parts need replacement
4.Rinse with water after every bath and wipe dry
5.Cautious use of essential oils is recommended as they might leave an oily residue.
