Recipe: Gin tonic with melon
Refreshing and fruity! We have processed a Cantaloupe melon in this gin tonic. This melon has a fresh, soft sweet taste and fits perfectly with Gin Tonic. The use of melon gives this Gin Tonic a summery character. It is therefore best to serve it with balls of melon as garnish and possibly a bowl of Parma ham and pieces of Cantaloupe. Alternatively, you can also opt for a Galia melon.

Ingredients:
· 1 cantaloupe melon (or Galia/watermelon)
· 50 grams of white cane sugar
· Gin
· Tonic
· Ice cubes

Recipe
Cut the melon into small pieces and put them in a blender with the sugar and a little water (half a glass). Blend it all until you get a pulp. Strain this pulp into a glass. Fill 4 glasses with ice cubes. Fill each glass with about 100 ml of melon juice, 60 ml of gin and a little bit of tonic. To finish it off, garnish your drink with a ball of melon or thread it onto a skewer and place it on the glass. Enjoy!
